I have had my ring for almost 4 years now. I have had the crystals fall out quite a bit. I can take it anywhere and they traded the ring for me for free. There are four diamonds on each side and I don't think I have had even one of the rings that hasn't had at least one diamond fall out. I even ran into a girl with the same ring and she saw mine was missing a diamond and claimed hers did the same thing and she had to take it in to trade for a new one. So in a way it's kinda disheartening, but it really is a beautiful ring.

I have had this ring for a while and haven't had any problems with the diamonds. I have been careful to take care of it and not have it get scratched or bent.
